“I purchased a Cadac Safari Chef having researched products on-line and in store. The price was very competitive and cheaper than a large outdoor store where you might "GO" to buy such things. Hamilton were also offering a free pizza stone and free delivery. Delivery was very quick and I wouldn't hesitate in buying from them again. Thank you!”

“Outback onyx have not used as yet it was a hard job putting together looks great. But the delivery was slow said it was coming tracked it was on van but did not arrive until the next day”

You did choose our free standard delivery option which is 3-4 working days so your order was delivered on time on the 4th working day. All of our deliveries are tracked and your order was sent out with DPD which is a tracked service.

“All arrived on time and in good shape, however I feel that the heater is a little on the flimsy side. But only time will tell if it stands up to months of use. But so far all good.”

“The BBQ was a bit challenging to put together but we are two pensioners and we managed it eventually without visiting the divorce courts :). The ordering and payment was easy and delivery was super fast. Thank you. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.”

“The Cadac plancha arrived in good time and was well packed. Unfortunately, I had managed to order the wrong size. I phoned Hamilton and had a very helpful conversation with a representative. He confirmed that they would be happy to have the item returned and would give a refund. However, after postage, the balance would not be worth the bother so I am just putting this down to experience but thank you Hamilton anyway.”
