“The Cadac plancha arrived in good time and was well packed. Unfortunately, I had managed to order the wrong size. I phoned Hamilton and had a very helpful conversation with a representative. He confirmed that they would be happy to have the item returned and would give a refund. However, after postage, the balance would not be worth the bother so I am just putting this down to experience but thank you Hamilton anyway.”

“I originally received a faulty item so I contacted them by email. After trying to resolve the issue they collected the faulty item and replaced with a new one. Great customer service, would definately use again.”

“Far cheaper than competitor sites, even with the postage included. Communication was excellent throughout the transaction. The product arrived exactly as described on the site. I chose Hamilton because I like to see other smaller businesses get a fair crack of the whip and these guys deserve it. Thank you!!”

“Delivery and availability good but the heater I purchased had not been safety checked before delivery. Gas hose clip was broken meaning that the gas would have escaped when connected. I did phone customer services to tell them.”

“Excellent Product. We are not really into BBQ's, but bought the Cadac Safari Chef 30 LP, for the garden including the EN417 regulator assembly and cover. Easy to assemble and are now thoroughly enjoying the ease of cooking and eating outside. Good service and quick delivery. would recommend.”
