“Had my fire on for a couple of days now, as you can see in the image, can’t get the left hand side of the fire to get as hot as the other 2”

Thank you for your feedback Wayne. Customer satisfaction and providing a good quality service to all our customers is very important to us. We have asked the manufacturer about the gas bricks and they say this is normal in some of the heaters and they grade it as ‘within the tolerance of the appliance’.

“Great company to deal with, kept me informed about my orders progress. Arrived quickly and well packed. Brought this gas bottle heater for that "just in case" scenario as we've had a few power cuts during summer. So this will keep mum warm and my ears and sanity intact !”

“Bought a Manhatten portable gas fire. Good price as it included the ceramic logs and free delivery. Fire arrived within a couple of days but the gas regulator was faulty and would not stay on the gas cylinder. E-mailed customer service and they wanted to send me a new regulator for me to fit. I was not happy with this as I'm not an expert and didn't want to fit one and then have a gas leak. Hamilton Gas Products then arranged for the fire to be collected and the next day a new Manhatten fire was delivered. This works brilliantly and is very efficient at heating our lounge. Thanks to Mark at Customer Services for sending a replacement fire.”

“Up till now I can’t fault it, I use it in the evening as it’s getting a bit on the chilly side and it sends a lot of heat out just on one bar so I’m very happy”

“Delivery was prompt enough. Quality is OK for the price, comparing it around. Like others, I would prefer the back to be totally enclosed rather than a just metal band to hold in the gas bottle. It would look so much better.”
