“Avoid this terrible company. They sent me a damaged part, and will not replace or refund. Terrible after sales, they do not respond quickly to emails. And after a drawn out complaints procedure, and reporting them to trading standards, they have the audacity to send me 2 emails asking for a review.”

Thank you for your feedback Dave, it is very important to us. We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the way we dealt with your issue. We can see that the issue you reported to us with the product was forwarded to the manufacturer with the information and photographs you provided. As explained, the manufacturer deem that the problem caused to the product would not have happened due to a fault with the product. Due to this unfortunately, we are unable to replace or refund the product.

“The appliance is very cheaply made, The body bent when I carried it upstairs (empty). The wheels cannot take the weight of a 13kg bottle and the soft metal buckles especially if moved on carpet. On the upside it kicks out good heat”
