“I was disappointed to find that the Analyser i purchased only had 6 months calibration left, especially after being assured that it would come with 12 months give or take a couple of weeks. I was refunded pro rata the cost of recalibration but i would not have purchased the Analyser if i was given the correct information yo start with....But they are very pleasant to deal with and i would use them again...”

Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. We are sorry to hear that your analyser arrived with 6 months of calibration on it. We receive a small number of each analyser in from the manufacturer with 12 months of calibration on them but unfortunately, if they are not all sold at the time they will sit on the shelves. We do refund any difference so the customer is not out of pocket. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.

“I phoned to speak to someone, he was very helpful and advised me. I ordered a small gas fire which arrived very quickly. I have not had the opportunity to use it yet. I am waiting for my son to visit in November - he will be able to take it out of the box and set it up for me.”

“Not installed yet as building outdoor kitchen. But I called to discuss best option for outdoor use. Super sturdy gas unit which has safety gas features. Very excited to used. Also this was shipped to Spain and within a week so brilliant Thankyou x”
