“Ordered one Blue and one Honey Glow heater and very pleased with the look of both. They are sturdy heaters, that move well on smooth floors. Build quality is solid, they look just like real log burners. It hasn't been cold but we have tried them out, the heat output is great and they look brilliant with the flame effect log burners. Just be aware they have a pilot light which we had not realised. We are turning off each time we don't need heat.”

“Two stars; Ordered product on 13/9 eventually received it on the 29/9, sent numerous emails as to where the order was, nobody came back to me until the day the product was delivered! Communication is important, if someone had kept me posted as to what had gone wrong I would be giving 4 or 5 stars as I have had product delivered from you previously that was faultless. Ken”

We can see that your parcel was shipped to the UK by the courier instead of the ROI which resulted in the delay. We were dealing with a large volume of emails and unfortunately, we were not able to respond to your email as quickly as we would have liked.
