Thank you for your feedback Suresh, it is very important to us. We can see that your order was placed on a Friday after our 12 noon cut-off time for same-day dispatch. This resulted in your order leaving us on the next working day which was the Monday. As you paid for our standard delivery, which is 3-4 working days, your order arrived on the 3rd working day, Thursday. All information regarding working day delivery and same day dispatch is on our website to inform customers. We also have a handy table that shows customers when to expect their orders depending on the time they place their order.

“Bought a heater, it didn’t work when it arrived but I called the number on the website and you get straight through to a person who put me through to someone else who got it picked up the next day and sent it back to me fixed a few days later. Very good service, would order from them again.”
