“My BBQ has arrived damaged to the point that it cannot be assembled. Very disappointing as I was planning on using it today. Packing all of the parts back up in the box will be a huge chore which I could well do without. Very frustrating, especially after communication with the delivery company had been poor.”

Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. We are sorry to hear that BBQ arrived with some damaged parts. We can see that your email alerting us to the damage was sent over the weekend when we are closed. Our Customer Service Team responded to you first thing on the Monday morning. We can see that the following day, after some communication with the manufacturer, an email was sent from our Customer Service Team to inform you that the manufacturer was sending out the replacement parts. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.
