“Great bbq - we’ve tried cooking with gas and coal and both really successful. Took a while to build - allow 2 hours at least and make sure if you build it indoors that you can get it outside. We have narrow internal doors and had to remove the feet before taking outside !!”

“I purchased a Char-Broil BBQ in May 2022. I was very pleased with the price and quick delivery. One part was missing from the BBQ and Hamilton Gas Products dispatched the item immediately after I notified them. First class service.”

Thank you for your feedback Ronald, it is very important to us. We can see that your order was placed on Wednesday 11th May at 2.16pm which is after our 12 noon cut-off time for same-day dispatch. This resulted in your order leaving us the following day which was Thursday. As you paid for 2 working day delivery, your order should have arrived on Monday, which would have been the 2nd working day, however, we can see that it was delivered early on the Saturday. All information regarding cut-off times for same-day dispatch and working day deliveries is on our website to inform customers prior to placing an order.

“Bbq is great just a shame how to get it delivered wasn’t explained. No email that was sent said you have to call and book a delivery slot, luckily we called on the off chance and lived close by so could pick it up, but wasn’t next day delivery as stated on the website.”

Thank you for your feedback Jordan, it is very important to us. The BBQ you ordered is an oversized item and leaves our warehouse on a pallet. Pallet deliveries usually take 3-4 working days to arrive at their destination. We do not offer next-day delivery on any pallet orders and this is not stated anywhere on our website. Information on pallet deliveries is in the delivery section on our website and states the delivery time frame and informs the customer that the courier company will make contact on the number provided to arrange a suitable date and time for the delivery.

“Placed my order the weekend before a bank holiday but still received my product within one week. Excellent service. The product was extremely large and heavy but was packaged well and arrived undamaged. Only issue was I was not given any delivery date or time or tracking information so it was lucky that someone was home to take delivery!”
