“Brilliant product and price! Shame about the courier service. We waited two weeks to get our bbq only to find out it had just been sitting in the delivery depot for 10+ days! Shame we weren’t attempted any calls or contact to arrange delivery sooner as service would have been 5*.”

“One of the only sources of gas safety labels. Labels were promptly despatched and received within 48 hours. Wish the Gas Emergency Control Valve procedure sign was printed on thicker plastic as the only option was to place it on the wall close to the emergency shut-off valve rather than attach it to the pipe. The Isolation Gas valve sign is excellent.”

“The communications were good but delivery, whilst quick, was unhelpful. A pallet with the boxed heavy item we simply left at the end of our drive. The barbecue once assembled is good quality and represents excellent value for money. However it took two of us approaching 2 1/2 hours to assemble it.”
