“The communications were good but delivery, whilst quick, was unhelpful. A pallet with the boxed heavy item we simply left at the end of our drive. The barbecue once assembled is good quality and represents excellent value for money. However it took two of us approaching 2 1/2 hours to assemble it.”

“The product I purchased was a replacement coals basket for an Outback BBQ. The ordering through the website was straightforward and the basket arrived promptly AND fitted properly. It looks a sturdy product and hopefully will last as long as the original.”

“The Char-Broil BBQ was dispatched promptly and received quickly by the most helpful delivery person who helped me get the pallet up the dive through the garden side gate and into the garage. The item was palletised and came in a square box together with assembly instructions which were as good as any I have seen. It dideee take a bit of time to assemble but well worth the effort. The product is good quality and will last many years. A good experience all round 🙂”

“Hi service awful on delivery Pallet was handballed of a small escort size van .topped over as driver tried to maveour up.drive.box damaged in fall.components shaken.i called to report .no call back Product OK.delivery terrible”

I can see from our records that you were speaking to one of our customer service team after the delivery and we understand the couriers larger lorry broke down so it was delivered in the smaller van. The member of staff asked for the BBQ to be checked and if there was any damage to come back to us but as we have not heard hopefully there is none. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and we will pass on your feedback to the courier.
