“Ordered a bbq online & received a good price and swift delivery, I had a problem with the bbq lid Jonathan replied to my email quickly excellent communication keeping me informed of how the lid would be replaced by Cadac. I am yet to receive the replacement lid but I don’t believe this is due to Hamilton or Jonathan. David.”

“We chose a Charbroil due to recommendations from other users. It arrived on time and was delivered into the area we wished to assemble it. not been used yet--waiting for the good weather day--but all fired up and ready to go. can`t wait”

“Great duel fuel bbq but a bit disappointed that a warming rack was bent and had been welded but it was not the fault of Hamilton gas products it was the manufacturer who was at fault but customer services got this resolved very quick and a new part was sent out to me within 7 days great service👍”

“Great service and loved the pre delivery call. I do however have a dent in the front of the BBQ lid. See attached pictures. Is there anything that can be done about this?”
