“Abysmal. Ordered 8 items 6 turned up. The outstanding two came after a phone call and sending photos etc. One of the two had two components but they didn't fit together as they were different size and thread. Even if they had been the correct size & thread a gas tight joint could not be formed as the hose nozel was a face seal and the bulkhead fitting was a compression fitting. I informed Hamilton of this and without contacting me said they would refund the cost of the fitting. But I am a fitting short so suggested they send me another fitting rather than have a refund, still waiting for a reply to that email.”
