“First Manhattan fire arrived damaged, (and which had clearly been packed damaged), so had to be returned. Replacement received within a week of reporting the damage. More chasing than I expected to get a timely replacement but the call centre staff were very helpful even though they seem to be hindered by in house replacement faulty goods processes in getting replacements out. Fire is great though and I hope it lasts as long as my last Manhattan which I’ve had for 10 years”

“Absolutely over the moon with our new gas heater, after several winters freezing in our conservatory we have finally found a solution. It heats the room in no time at all, looks great and is easy to move. Only negative was the delivery man who was grumpy and just left the pallet outside our front door without a see ya later. Need updates about delivery too as he just turned up. Very pleased with heater and would recommend.”

“Delivery was a nightmare I was in all morning said they tried to deliver fire at 10:30 and no answer. Had to pay another £15 to have it delivered then there was no notification just an hours notice”

Thank you for your feedback, Agnes. I have checked our records and can see that the delivery was agreed by yourself with our courier and when they attempted delivery nobody was available. As the unit had to be stored overnight, an additional charge was applied. However, I'm pleased the order has now been delivered.

“1 out of 5 worst company, i ordered a product but they sent the wrong thing i sent an email and they didnt reply. i called you aswell and you said that you would re send the correct product it has been two weeks and nothing has been sent.”
