“Ordered 15mm pipe but was sent 10mm was messed about then by DPD had to go out and purchase pipe elsewhere.”

“The Hamilton Gas Product itself is entirely satisfactory and, on its own, would deserve 5 stars. The delivery service, however, was dreadful. The person who made the delivery dumped the heavy heater in front of our doors -- with the wooden pallet and all -- and just left. My partner had to carry it on her own, and we can't dispose of the pallet with regular rubbish. This is unacceptable.”

Thank you for your feedback. Customer satisfaction and providing a good quality service to all our customers is very important to us. These heaters are classed as oversized items on our website and clearly states that a pallet delivery firm will deliver your item between the hours 08:00-18:30 usually 3-4 working days after your item has been dispatched. All large item deliveries are 'kerb side' only which means the driver will not be able to take items into your delivery address. The receiver must arrange for larger items to be taken from the driver - heavy items will need 2 persons. Please note that the driver will not take the pallet back. Apologies for any confusion or inconvenience caused.
