“I received from Mark one of the best examples of customer service I have experienced. I was purchasing a gas cooker for my boat, I needed a specific model. whilst the advert did not specify the model, Mark contacted the manufacturer who confirmed that it met my requirement. Mark contacted me the same day, confirming to me it did. He then checked the stock before taking my order. The delivery could have been made 3 days later - not bad NI to Kent But I was away. In short, I have received the best level of customer experience, superb delivery and excellent price from Hamiltons gas and I would recommend them to anybody who wishes to buy a gas appliance and receive as a bonus the amazing customer focus this company and it employees deliver”

“Heater arrived on time and in good order, the unit itself is well built and feels much more solid than another make it replaced, it lights easy and heat control is positive and easy to use, highly delighted.”

“Speedy service and well packaged. The only fly in the ointment was the omission of one of the fixing wing nuts but I think the manufacturer was to blame, not HGP. Hamilton arranged separate delivery within a couple of days, so all was well. Would use again.”
