“Product is good but delivery whent wrong do not no where you got the address from but I managed to get it in the end with a long road trip my post code is TA82PP about 75 miles away from your delivery you posted a BBQ a couple of weeks earlier and that got to me ok not sure what happened this time but all good now thanks”

“Prompt and efficient ordering service, but my order was delivered on a pallet and I was only made aware of that when receiving delivery details from the delivery supplier, and their communications were patchy and pretty inaccurate at first. And of course, I then have to get rid of the pallet myself.”

Thank you for your feedback Alistair, it is very important to us. The product you purchased is classed as an oversized item and to avoid damage during transportation, we dispatch all oversized items on a pallet. It is stated on the product specification on our website that the product you purchased is delivered on a pallet to ensure customers are aware before placing an order. Our delivery information on our website regarding pallet deliveries states that pallet deliveries are kerbside only, and the driver will not take the pallet away with them.
