“Ordering process online was easy and delivery was very fast. Well packaged. The barbacue was easy to assemble however it did seem to be minus some screws and we had to improvise with some of our own. Once assembled it looked really good. We used it once so far and all is good. Would recommend.”

We are sorry to hear about the issue with disposing of the pallet, but we do not make it clear on our website that all oversized items are delivered on a pallet. They are delivered kerbside, and the driver will not take the pallet back: https://www.gasproducts.co.uk/delivery-information#oversized

“Very helpful person, Sam I spoke too about my two orders. The products and prices are great. I wish the website ordering system was a little more up to date and it was more obvious if you wanted to send a product to a different place than the billing address, it all works out in the end.”
