“Bought as direct replacement as failed after 2yrs . Poor parcel force delivery, paid 4 2 day turned up 4 day from ordering. Products ok.”

Thank you for your feedback Nick, it is very important to us. We can see that you placed your order on our website on Wednesday, 11th June at 15.54, which is after our 12 noon cut-off time for same-day dispatch. This resulted in your order leaving us the following working day, Thursday. As you paid for the 2 working day service, your order was not scheduled to arrive until Monday, 16th June. We can see from the tracking that your order arrived on time on Monday, 16th June. We do have a handy table on our website to show customers when to expect their working day deliveries depending on the time and day their order was placed.

“Ordering process online was easy and delivery was very fast. Well packaged. The barbacue was easy to assemble however it did seem to be minus some screws and we had to improvise with some of our own. Once assembled it looked really good. We used it once so far and all is good. Would recommend.”

We are sorry to hear about the issue with disposing of the pallet, but we do not make it clear on our website that all oversized items are delivered on a pallet.
