“I purchased a Clesse CSR485 OPSO LPG Single Cylinder Gas When I tested it went to 100 mb I sent it back and I had to order another on that same day which I payed for again , I was told that they would need to send the faulty regulator back to manufacture, I followed this up and I still did not get a replacement or a credit.”

“I needed gas fire coals and found Hamilton online. Ordered the coals and they were delivered in super fast time. They are medium size and exactly what I was looking for and at a very competitive price. The whole transaction was stress free and I would have no hesitation recommending them.”

“very disappointed with the delivery schedule. They were not aware there were courier deliveriy issues and had to chase. I would have expected them to have oversight of their E2E process. Their excuse was that they send out lots of deliveries.....”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. We are sorry to hear your order did not arrive in the 3-4 working day window you selected. Royal Mail have informed us there was an issue with an update to their system last week that caused a delay in all their orders. The 3-4 working days is an estimated time frame. Royal Mail are normally very efficient, but the time frame is not guaranteed. When a courier has issues with the delivery service, it is outside of our control. Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. We are sorry to hear that your parcel arrived a few days later than expected. We can see that your order was placed on Monday, 7th July at 15.04, which was after our 12-noon cut-off time for same-day dispatch. Your order left us the following day, and as you selected our 3-4 working day shipping option, your order was scheduled to arrive on Friday, the 11th July, or Monday, 14th July. We can see that the delay resulted in your order being delivered on the 17th July. We use outside courier companies and were unaware that one of them was having issues with deliveries, which was causing delays and a lack of tracking information for customers. This was explained to you in our email response, and you questioned why we did not "reach out to customers, telling them of your issues". Our response was "We were unaware of a problem with Royal Mail deliveries and their tracking system until yesterday. We were closed on Monday 15th for the bank holiday in N Ireland. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of orders we send and the multiple couriers we use, we are unable to inform every customer of possible delays. We can see this morning that your order is expected for delivery tomorrow". Once again, we apologise for the delay and for any upset and inconvenience this has caused.
