“I was let down from Amazon with the customer using Evri who were useless. Luckily I found yourselves. Great customer services and lovely product I would 100% recomend Hamilton Gas, I was let down by DPD not delivering on the specified date but it wasnt Hamilton Gas fault..”

“Good quality products and helpful but at the end of trying to get sorted with a fitting they got fed up of me and didn’t follow up on my call. Discovered since the gas canister I had is no longer in circulation so it’s half my fault.”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. We are sorry to hear there was a nozzle missing from your regulator. A replacement nozzle has been sent from our warehouse today. It will arrive with you ASAP. The regulator you ordered has an Irish F-Valve connection for ROI propane cylinders. These are standard propane cylinders in the ROI and are still very much in circulation.

“Delivery very efficient. Pity the heater wasxn't the same. Despite talking to a helpful guy at Hamilton, I am unable to rely on the heater staying on all night to the detrimeny of my cactus collection. Back to old paraffin heater. Nothing I can do stops the pilot light going out.”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. All of the portable gas heaters we stock must pass rigorous testing and are certified for indoor use. They are not unsafe in any way. I can see a member of our customer service team has been in contact with you and arranged for the appliance to be collected and returned for testing. It was tested by a gas-safe registered engineer, and no fault was found. The appliance is working to its specifications.
