“I bought a faulty dog shower. Instead of replacing it, they sent me on wild goose chase to their suppliers who wouldn't replace the shower unless I dismantled it and sent it in by post (at my own cost) back to them. I'm a plumber so it cost me to not only instal it but then to dismantle it. I didn't expect them to reinburse me. All I wanted was a new, non faulty one. I phoned Hamilton Gas products to complain and they agreed it wasn't good customer service and they would get back to me. Needless to say, they didn't. I tried calling today but I was 4 in the queue. Something tells me that they are getting a lot of complaints.”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. We have checked the description on the website for product code 40001. It says: 3gm pellet - about 45 second burn time, 2.5m³ of smoke. We are unsure where you have seen the information stating 8m3

“I found them through a search and found them very reasonable so ordered too high top cowls and too blanking cowls came in to working days and I was pleased with them and fitted like a glove 😉”
