“Bbq arrived on time was a little tricky to put together , I’m waiting on a part as the lead from the BBQ to the round gas ring was kinked and gas does not get to the ring pilot light does not work ! I’ve been asked to send a photo before it is rectified which I will do .. I hope I get a replacement part”

“I bought a pair of pigtails for my propane cylinders through Amazon but, as a novice, I managed to order the wrong design. Hamilton staff were most helpful in supplying the correct fitting and the transaction was conducted in a friendly way. John”
