“Fantastic company to deal with. Wanted a calor gas mobile heater and having failed to source one in Scotland (extensive online research) I decided to contact Hamilton Gas. Good move - great advice on the product and answers to practical questions. Super efficient and professional organisation. Fast delivery. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.”

“Took a total of 9 days to receive and install with all the correct fittings. Firstly they sent a 2 cylinder kit instead of 4 which is what I ordered. It was a Saturday morning when it came (2 days from NI) and I found that they were closed until Monday before I could complain. They did respond fairly quickly and were helpful on the phone, saying they make the kits up from 2 cylinder by putting the T fitting and extra hoses with it themselves. I don't know how this affects the warranty but it doesn't sound great when you pay for a 4 cylinder kit and you get a box with instructions for 2. So anyway they agreed to send out the parts I needed. 2 days later, box was received but it only had the hoses in it, and no T pieces. Got on the phone again, and then they agreed to send the T pieces. That took another 2 days. And when they arrived, they were loose in a box full of shredded cardboard, so bits of cardboard dust was all inside the fitting and on the rubber washers which needed blowing out with an air compressor. And as it arrived on a day I had to work elsewhere it wasn't until the next day which was a Saturday when I could install. So this was a total of 9 days and messing around from the first point upon order. I was wishing I had ordered from elsewhere at this point. Friendly and helpful staff, but shockingly incompetent service.”

“They couldn’t have been more helpful, we ordered a new cadac grill top but when it arrived we had ordered the wrong size, we rang them and they were so helpful even though they didn’t have the one we required they gave us the phone number for cadac . Delivery was also very prompt.”

“What a great find Hamilton Gas was, I was only looking for a table for our awning but ended up buying Cadac gas bbq extras as they were offered at a very competitive price. Delivery was fast and efficient and communication was excellent. Didn’t get a good look at the rest of their products but I’ll definitely be back….thank you Hamilton Gas, top marks 😜”
