“Very pleased with the bbq. Exactly what we wanted at a great price. Delivery communication could be improved. I recieved an e mail saying it would be delivered on a certain day that I was not going to be there. Calls to Hamilton said that was wrong and they gave me no of delivery co. Rang them and they said they didn’t know anything about it. Numerous calls with promises to ring me back with nothing. Then the bbq arrived a day earlier than advised but fortunately I was in! Driver initially refused to take the pallet it was on but I insisted and it was reluctantly taken away.”
