“The review I was invited to write was sent from Calor Appliances, which is where all the problems are described. This is for Hamilton who are actually behind the Calor Appliances name. Can't help but feel that there is something suspicious going on when you buy from one company, then are to review another. In short, the only good thing was the delivery. The single ring burner (boiling ring) was ordered with a windshield. The windshield didn't fit because no one had looked to see if the Flame Failure Device (FFD) had been fitted correctly. The information on their website is misleading and states that accessories are available but when it comes to buying them, they aren't listed. Customer Service is snails pace and after several weeks from ordering, I still can't use the ring because they haven't told me if it's safe to use. Shame it's Northern Ireland, or I might have taken it back. I've marked as damaged because it didn't fit together.”

Down, Northern Ireland, BT19 7WP" We can see that our Customer Service Team is responding to your emails to resolve your issue.

“Bought a Char Broil Bbq price included delivery which made it great value compared to any other offers on the internet, delivery only took 5 days which I thought was good considering it was coming from NI to Yorkshire, also good communication.”
