“Bought a Char Broil Bbq price included delivery which made it great value compared to any other offers on the internet, delivery only took 5 days which I thought was good considering it was coming from NI to Yorkshire, also good communication.”

“My Outback BBQ is really good quality and will be great for most purposes. However, the user guide says you can't roast food with the lid closed. My previous kettle BBQ made some amazing roast dinners. Disappointing”

“I used Halimton Gas Products to buy kit to set up my street food business and I found them extremely informative and helpful. They advised me on the most suitable kit that I'd need, which was helpful as I was just starting out in the business. All the kit I've got from them seems to be of good solid quality so far, after 3.5 months of being used 2-3 times per week. I found some of their products to be cheaper than from elsewhere too. Their advisors were generally knowledgeable, and when they weren't certain of an answer/requirement they contacted a registered gas engineer to get the information I needed. Stellar service. My kit did end up costing me a lot more than expected - but this could have been down to my inexperience in knowing what was needed / inaccurate budgeting as much as anything. There were a couple of minor inconveniences which I won't go in to, but I couldn't quite knock a whole star off my rating for these things and I would certainly use Hamilton Gas Products again.”

“Fast delivery and excellent customer service. Slight damage found on unboxing the BBQ, which would have been done during packing at the manufacturers. But, all being sorted.”
