“Very dissapoimted, ordered water heater on sunday as banner and order by time counter on website very clearly stated that delivery would be wednesday 28th Aug. I called on Tuesday to confirm delivery but was told that the website would not have said and delivery would be thursday. Heater did arrive on thursday but this was to late for my customer to cancel their guests and has cost me more than the cost of the heater. This is a shame as Hamilton have been great iin the past. As an aside I would not recommend the Rinnai REU water heater as this is the 3rd unit in 4yrs, Rinnai customer service is very poor, this time we were even told that the unit only being used a few times a month was the cause of the failures, nice looking but very poor quality heaters.”

Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. We were closed on Monday 26th August for the Bank Holiday but had a large information banner on our main page on the website to inform customers that orders placed on Friday 23rd August after 12 noon would be dispatched on Tuesday 27th August. As you paid for 2 working day delivery, your order would not be delivered until Thursday 29th August. The banner was added as the usual delivery counters unfortunately do not incorporate Bank Holiday closure dates. Rinnai Warranty is 1 year labour and 3 years parts in domestic settings and 1 year labour and 1 year parts in a commercial setting.
