“I recently made a purchase of a Gaslow cylinder. The website was extremely easy to navigate, and talking with the staff, they were very easy to deal with. I bought the product because the price was the best I could find (which is important for me). However, it didn't diminish from the customer service. Shortly after the order, the item was delivered in double quick time and for me couldn't be faulted.”

“I was surprised how quickly the gas cylinders arrived, especially since they were coming from N.I. to Scotland. Actually far earlier than the carriers estimate. Cylinders were well packaged.”

“I was so impressed with how easy it was to contact Hamilton Gas. Often emails don’t get replied to but Hamilton Gas replied quickly and efficiently and the gas BBQ was delivered within days of ordering which I was so impressed with. Also the delivery service was excellent; being able to choose a day for delivery and being contacted on the day with a time slot was just brilliant. And a big thanks to Jayne for being so friendly and kind. Many thanks”

“I replace my Gas Pig Tails every five years as advised by a gas engineer. I saw the products stocked by Hamilton and decided to purchase from them as prices were competetive and quality looke good. Iordered via email and shortly after recieved an email from the company stating that some address details were missing. I sent the details by return and all wass well. I gratefully acknowledge the prompt customer care afforded by Hamilton.”
