“Prompt and efficient ordering service, but my order was delivered on a pallet and I was only made aware of that when receiving delivery details from the delivery supplier, and their communications were patchy and pretty inaccurate at first. And of course, I then have to get rid of the pallet myself.”

The product you purchased is classed as an oversized item and to avoid damage during transportation, we dispatch all oversized items on a pallet. It is stated on the product specification on our website that the product you purchased is delivered on a pallet to ensure customers are aware before placing an order. Our delivery information on our website regarding pallet deliveries states that pallet deliveries are kerbside only, and the driver will not take the pallet away with them.

“It was a good transaction, good price, good delivery and a good production date ( 2024) others may be a little cheaper but poor dates, in the main 2021. So that's 3 yrs lost when you have to purchase again. This company actually makes and supplies them. Thanks Hamilton.”

“The Innovita boiler works very well,only just plumbed in and tested . Used for a shower and a hot tap in sink. So far so good. Only criticism is instructions are in Italian,,English version would be useful. ( though found instructions in English on Internet)”
