“Your service can only be considered exemplary. From your site, to the delivery speed. You missed out on a possible extra £3.75. I needed to buy a 15mm converter. I walked into a local supplier, he only looked at the regulator, reached into a bin behind the counter, then said, "everyone who comes in with one of those, needs one of these. £3.75 Please. That converter should be at the bottom of your site page. It's called connected selling. Adds value.! Thanks for your service!”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. The connection from the bottom of the regulator to copper pipe is listed in the optional extras for the product. It would depend on the size of copper you were attaching, it is normally 10mm or 15mm, so we link both options to the product. I have highlighted the 15mm adaptor linked to the product in the picture
