Thank you for your feedback, Steve; it is very important to us. We can see that a collection was arranged for 23/12/24, and unfortunately, we were closed for Christmas from 24/12/24 until 02/01/25. Due to the closure, we have only received your parcel back, and a refund will be processed today. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused you.

“Bought a gaslow bottle and needed fittings to complete the installation, Customer support was unable to help and advised i try elsewhere. To my mind a business selling a product should be able to provide this kind of service, doesn't look good and doesn't inspire to buy from again .”

Thank you for your feedback, David; it is very important to us. We can see that you phoned our Customer Service Team and asked for advice on adding a second bottle to your existing Gaslow setup. Our advisor talked you through the products you would need and emailed you a quote to review and come back to us when you were happy to proceed with the order. It was discovered during the phone call that the second bottle you had purchased from us prior to the phone call was the incorrect bottle. Our advisor explained what product you could use to be able to use the wrong bottle without having to return it back to us. They gave you Gaslow's phone number in case you wished to discuss anything further with them, but you were more than happy with the advice our advisor had provided.

“Never use them again it cost me money I ordered 2 regulators with hoses they sent out wrong hoses As the jobs were booked I had to go and buy 4 new hoses at a cost of which I was not reimbursed the full amount even though I sent a photo of invoice I would never recommend or use them again”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. We are very sorry to hear about the issue with your regulator arriving with incorrect pigtail hoses. As soon as you contacted us to alert us to the problem, we offered to send you the correct pigtails to resolve it. You refused this option and informed us you would purchase the hoses locally. We accepted this but did advise you before purchasing them that we could only refund the amount we supply the hoses for and not the amount your local supplier would charge. We apologise for the time and inconvenience it caused.
