“I was impressed with how quickly my order was dispatched, but I was a bit disappointed that it took a week to arrive, having said that , it was over a bank holiday weekend. The item was well packaged and all intact, it arrived with no damage and the price was very competitive. I would recommend Hamilton.”

“Ordered and was dispatched quickly but let down by Royal Mail. Item is exactly as described and happy with product. Paid extra for two day delivery, date of delivery and time slot confirmed by Royal Mail and waited in for the whole of the four hours but parcel didn’t arrive. When I checked the status had changed back to still being in the Belfast sorting office. Two day delivery took from Monday to Saturday so complete waste of money and time.”

“Bought an X150 Gas BBQ, item packaging was well good. Received all ok. Easy to assemble (tool were supplied) used the bbq only once but totally satisfied so far. Even distribution of heat, easily reached 300 degrees and it was a cold day. Really excellent product. Best I've had and burners in stainless steel also, so hoping the 10 year warranty is worth it. Really happy many thanks.”

“Yer system wouldn’t allow me to put in all items on the day so I put them in 3 different deliveries and was charged for doing so”
