We can see that your original heater was returned back to us as undelivered by the courier and a replacement heater was sent out which was delivered successfully. We apologise for the delay and any inconvenience that was caused.

“Very competitive price for my Outback BBQ - in fact I found it difficult to believe how much cheaper it was compared to many other sellers including Outback themselves. Also ordering was easy and delivery was very quick. Only slight issue was that the BBQ was delivered by the courier on a pallet which might be difficult for some to dispose of. Would definitely use Hamilton again.”

“Not a lot to be said I ordered a product I wanted, It arrived, and I use it. These pointless nonsensical surveys are utterly meaningless and totally timewasting for all concerned. I dont recall who delivered it, why should I bother to recall trivia, why ask if it was damaged, you would have known within hours if it was.”
