“Shocking company to deal with. Could not say enough to try and stop potential customers from using this company. Delivery times are only there to make you place your order. They are based in Northern Ireland so any return fees will be extortionate if you live on UK mainland. I am being forced to pay £90 for an order I never received because I cancelled it after not even being contacted by the delivery company after a week from ‘Dispatch’. 9 days from placing my order and 7 working days, on an item it said would be delivered in 3-4 working days”

Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. The product you ordered leaves us on a pallet. Our website states that pallet delivery is “usually” 3-4 working days. We do not guarantee a delivery timeframe as unfortunately, we cannot foresee delays with the courier companies we use. Our delivery Return Terms & Conditions, that are on our website state that “if you wish to cancel your pallet delivery order after it has been dispatched for a full refund please note that the cost of the pallet charge will be deducted from your refund. The costs vary depending on the delivery address area and how far into the transportation journey your delivery has gone”. We can see that a member of our Customer Service Team is in contact with you currently to try and resolve this for you.

“Great price, we purchased the Outback Onyx BBQ and it’s just perfect size for us. Realised once we had ordered that it was actually a local supplier so arranged to click and collect and also purchased gas cylinder from Hamilton as well, great advice and service. Highly recommend!”

“I received a faulty outback Gas bbq and emailed a week ago,the email said not to send more then one email. Because I would be waiting longer for a reply,I haven't heard anything back from this company.looks like they've forgotten me and now I've just had a email asking to rate my experience with the company.”
