Thank you for your feedback Leslie, it is very important to us. We can see that when you placed your order you chose the click and collect option which allows customers to collect their order from our Trade Counter. We received an email from you a couple of days later asking if we could forward your order to your billing address. We can see that our Customer Service Team responded back to you informing you that we would need to take payment for the postage costs.
