“Recieved our new Cadac BBQ last week - on the whole the product and delivery was very good. However we had a few issues. When we opened the package the box had obviously been dropped or bashed as the tool holder we had ordered extra had punctured the actual BBQ box causing the bracket and hooks to become bent. The base of the BBQ had a scratch on it and one of the legs had not been put away in the porective packaging correctly and had been taped up - causing the leg to be all marked with stickiness off the tape. Absolute nightmare to come off and when we started to take a small area off it just scratched the legs. So weve had to leave the rest in place and it looks terrible on something that is brand new and cost alot of money.”

“Never heard of or used these guys before but very happy with the service. Bbq arrived quickly very well packaged and all works great. Can’t beat cadac in my opinion and the new improved ceramic non stick surfaces are amazing.”
