“ALTHOUGH THE SERVICE WAS GOOD THE DELIVERY WAS EXTREMELY POOR. THE BOX WAS DELIVERED WHILE THE OFFICE WAS CLOSED FOR THE WEEKEND AND JUST THROWN OVR THE GATE ONTO THE LAWN. AS IT RAINED QUITE HEAVILY THAT WEEKEND THE BOX WAS SOAKING WET WHEN WE ARRIVED TO OPEN THE OFFICE. WE HAVE LET THE ITEMS DRY OUT BUT FEEL IT IS VERY POOR TO USE A CARRIED WHO DELIVERS IN THIS WAY.”

Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. We can see that your order was placed on our website on a Friday after close of business. As we are closed over the weekend, your order was not dispatched out on the day the order was placed. You chose our standard delivery option which is 3-4 working days and the tracking shows that your order was delivered on the 3rd working day.

“Bought the new heater at the last moment as my one packed up just before a cold spell. This heater is pretty much an up to date model of my old heater. From order to delivery, which was quick I was kept up to date and of course it was the best price.”

“Needed a new regulator for the propane supply to our kiln. On the recommendation of a fellow potter, we found what we needed at HGP. The price was good and the delivery prompt. Would certainly recommend.”

“The gas bbq arrived well packaged. It was easy to assemble and connect to the gas. The hot plate was effective and cooked evenly. All fat collected on the plate and was easy to clean. Once packed away it is light and easy to carry. Cons At the price: 1. A regulator should be included 2. A match had to be used to ignite the gas 3. The three legs once dismantled and put into the carrying bag sticks out! 4. No lid was included but could be bought for £45 extra! An expensive bbq which could be so much more with a few extras!”

The product specification states that the hose and regulator is not included to ensure customers are aware of this before placing an order. If these items were included this would increase the price further. 2. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with lighting your BBQ, however, we can not see anywhere, other than this review, where this has been reported to us to allow us to rectify this for you. A member of our Customer Service Team will be in contact with you to have this resolved. 3. Please send a photograph once our Customer Service Advisor contacts you so we can look into this further. 4. The product photographs on our website do not show a lid with the BBQ and the BBQ feature list also does not state that a lid is included to ensure customers are aware before placing an order. If a lid was included this would increase the price further. We will however pass your recommendation on to the manufacturer.

“I have found the Hamilton Gas Products website very good and when required it has useful information. I have recently placed two orders, one received and one pending. The first was for a small Campingaz barbecue with which I am very happy and it was at a very good price. I am now waiting on my second order which should arrive this week the timing of which will be impacted by the holiday weekend. When asking for any advice it was informative and given promptly.”
