“Exactly the part i needed for my gas connection to my new Cadac BBQ, fitted into the connection on the Caravan and the additional quick release joint for the Cadac end was exactly what I wanted, also tube long enough for my requirements.”

“I ordered an 8m run of gas hose and, as asked, put the request for it to be cut into 4x2m lengths in the delivery options and it arrived as an 8m piece of hose that I then had to cut myself.”

Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. We advertise our hose in 1 metre lengths and have stated this on our website. We also advise customers that if they would like a specific length to order the length required rather than one total length. For this order to have been cut as requested you would have needed to have ordered 4 separate lines of qty 2.
