“I ordered a stainless steel chimney cowl. Its quality appears acceptable though the finish could be a bit better. What I found disappointing is the online customer responsiveness. HGP have a link to "Ask the Expert." From the questions posted as well as my own experience, HGP clearly have no experts to ask. Those answers as well as my own merely provide a link to ask someone else! In my case, HGP took a full week to supply its referral to an actual (outside) expert. I'm unlikely to buy here again.”

“Disappointing! BBQ received damaged, emailed helpline but didn't receive a reply so rang the helpline number a couple of days later. Spoke to a very helpful chap who said he would arrange for the BBQ to be collected on Friday 5/5/23 but unfortunately the BBQ is still sat in my front room 7/5/23. What went wrong.”
