“The products arrived carefully packaged and very quickly. The paella burner is versatile, having an inner and outer ring. Suitable for large steel frying pan in addition to the paella pan that I bought.”

“I cannot say much more as I had to send the product back as I could not get it to ignite, since I sent it back I hVW Hd no word from Hamilton as to if they received it or not and do not know if they have managed to find out why I could not make it wor. Alex Notman”

Thank you for your feedback Alexander, it is very important to us. We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your product and can see that this has come back to our warehouse for testing. We received the product back on 24/04/23 and in-house testing can take up to 15 working days. With the bank holiday closures, you should receive some results by 17/05/23

“Problem with couriers but they sorted it all excellent service fro hamilton’s customer service will definitely use them again need two new gaslow bottles next year I will get them from hamiltons brilliant regards Brian”
