“Outstanding help over the phone and email to ensure I understood what valves and adapters I needed for a gas weed killer torch. Easy purchase online and arrived in 2 days instead of 4. Could not be more impressed and happy, nice job lads!”

“I made a mistake and purchased an auto changeover not from Hamilton. Reading the small print (no suitable for caravan/motorhome). Hamilton had a regulator/changeover combo by the same manufacturer as my wrong purchase, which ticks the box. It is connected to two Flogas Gaslight 5kg bottles. The bottles have quick release isolation clips via two pigtails, which make up my changeover setup.”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. We can see a member of our customer service team contacted you regarding this and explained when an order is placed over the weekend on a two-working day label, it is sent on Monday. Saturday and Sunday are not classed as working days. We can see your order was placed on Saturday 11/05, so was dispatched on Monday 13/05. It was delivered on Wednesday 15/05. This met the time-frame of the delivery option you selected.

“The barbecue is very sturdy and was easy to put together. We have used it twice and it is brilliant, it heats up very quickly and came just in time for the brilliant weather we had at the weekend. Our first one arrived slightly damaged but what amazing service we had to exchange it. We received the damaged one on Sunday and had the replacement one on the Thursday. Thank you Alan for sorting this out for us. Fully recommend this Company.”
