“This order was to replace a faulty item. Thte only way we could get the replacement quickly was for us to pay for a second item on the understanding that Hamilton Gas Products would reimburse this amount within 6 weeks. It is now over 6 weeks and we have received no refund, that is why we will not recommend this company to anyone. Disappointed you have not kept to the agreement.”

“I ordered a gas hose for my Motorhome, as soon as I ordered I received an email confirming my order. The hose arrived in the estimated time, it is of excellent quality and was just as described in the product information. I would recommend Hamilton's for quality service, and quality parts.”

“The gas hose image shows two couplers, yet only one supplied, thankfully the one I required!. I placed the order at 04.20 and paid for 2 day delivery, which arrived 3 days later!”

Thank you for your feedback. It is very important to us. We are sorry to hear the 5/8 UNF fitting was missing from your kit. We have advised our warehouse team to ensure they are checked before dispatch. The order was placed at 05.00 on Monday 23/09. It was dispatched with Royal Mail on a 2-working day label and delivered on Wednesday, 25/09, at 11.54 am. This was in accordance with the 2-working day delivery.
