“x2 heaters ordered and x2 delivered with some dents and bending of chassis. i wanted them replaced with ones that did not have dents but i have been ignored by hamilton gas...3 times and 3 emails. i paid over £300 for these but received heaters i have no confidence in. i want them swapped for ones without defects. no help no solution. i can see why many others leave bad feedback on trustpilot. no surprise that they are owned by calor gas who are the most vile and unpleasant company i have ever dealt with over the last 30 years. i think they must really hate us.”

“Well the piezoelectric igniter didn't work on the campingaz BBQ but that dosnt matter as they usually fail within a year anyway,...the service and delivery from Hamilton was ten out of ten...thank you...steve”
