“Really pleased with the gas fire , works perfectly for our office. Had to make one phone call to find out how to switch the gas off ( by the bottle not the unit) These instructions where not in the manual. The person I spoke to was very helpful 👍 Thanks Nick johns”

“USELESS! TOLD THEM I HADN'T USED CALOR STOVE BEFORE, & WAS GIVEN A PACKAGE OF STOVE/HOSE/REGULATOR - WAS TOLD REG. FIT 15 & 7KG BUT NOT TOLD THERE WAS A 4.5KG!! AS I'M SERIOUSLY ILL & DISABLED, i HAD TO GET THE 4.5 AS I COULDN'T LIFT THE OTHERS. HAMILTON TOTALLY REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT SO I WAS FORCED TO BUY ANOTHER REGULATOR ... ELSEWHERE, NATURALLY 😞😔😫😠”

Thank you for your feedback, it is very important to us. We can see that you ordered your stove, hose and regulator as separate products which unfortunately do not come assembled. We have looked at the phone recording and can see that our advisor confirmed that the regulator that was being ordered was for the 7Kg & 15Kg cylinders. If you would like to return the unused regulator back to us a refund can be processed.

“Quite effective, certainly an improvement on the original version. an improvement would be to fixt the temperature probe so the temperature nob could approximately specify a genuine temperature.”
