Thank you for your feedback Deborah, it is very important to us. We can see from our records and the calls into our Customer Service Department that the product you ordered on our website was not the product you intended to purchase. The information for the product you ordered and the product you required are both correct on our website. As you needed the product for a specific date we offered to send out an alternative pan as it was reported that the pan was missing and we did not have any spare ones in stock. The manufacturer then sent out the original pan.

“Excellent to buy from and great for prompt shipping, arrived next day in both cases when i purchased items. But when I attempted to return an item excess to requirement I was told that they do not take anything back, so stuck with a €100 fitting I do not need. No tech support but understandable with liability etc.”

“Your service was excellent, very prompt delivery of our camping gas burners & grill. However, we have had a very difficult time acquiring a gas bottle. These are not sold with the stove, & there is a huge shortage, not of gas, but gas bottles. Buyer, beware! Haven’t yet used the stove.”
