“Nice looking. Only complaint is it is hard to get it going. Once its lit sll fine but why does it take so much of the pilot light to catch?”

“Looked all over the place for the gas fire part I needed and suddenly found the Hamilton website and bingo there was the exact part I needed Excellent service and was with me in 2 days, fitted by my gas engineer and gas hole in the wall now working Thank you for a very efficient service and my gas engineer/plumber has your details”

“Delivered on time, product as specified; I would've left 5 stars had it not been for the fact that the valve pack I ordered (supposed to be 15mm) didn't fit the copper pipe. The 15mm female couplers were missing altogether. This caused me time and effort to rectify. The service was good”
