“Like so many companies, easy to buy from, poor to deal with. Absolutely spanked me on a change of address on my policy. Of course, they "don't charge for changes to your policy" but they just hide it in their charge to your overall yearly policy. £70 quid extra on a yearly policy for a change of two miles is simply not justifiable or acceptable. Car still garaged, no other details changed. £70. Next time, Allianz, use a knife you rob me. Guy I dealt with was totally unprofessional as well. Accused me of fraud because I hadn't changed the details sooner... 48 hours after I moved in I changed the details. Great job.”

“This company does not provide all the information they should provide before making your payment. They let you pay them the car insurance and then they tell you that they cannot insurance you because you have an EU driving license and not a UK one. This way they give your money back while they keep a commission upon it while they should not!”

“Competitively priced cover and easy on-line experience. If I have one mini-moan it's that comprehensive cover does not include provision for the insured to drive another vehicle not owned by him/her, Although I have no immediate need of this cover it is always useful in, for example, a family emergency. This has always been a standard provision on previous comprehensive policies, so I wasn't looking out for it in the policy wording at the time of purchase.”

“I moved from Prudential after many years when the premium increased so much. I found Allianz from the comparison website and chose it from what I read. It was very easy to organise ,the policy is easy to understand and well presented, and the cost was reasonable. I hope any future claim will not be necessary but if it is my expectations are high ! Ken Harris”
