They charge a fee for everything .. It was even necessary due to cov-19 to change residence. They charged £ 40 for a change of address

Insurance quote was alot higher gthan expected and after 3 months of the black box i was only given approx £20/£30 pounds discount out of a £1100 insurance.Not happy and no reduced monthly payment when i took my wife off insurance.Will not be using them again !!

I took out my policy which was not a problem, then a few weeks later was informed there was an error in my details so my premiums went up. I was then asked for my documentation which every time I sent it I would shortly receive a letter telling me that it hadn't been received and then after 3 months of trying backward and forward my policy was cancelled without notice meaning I was driving around without insurance for 2 days. Eventually I got someone who was helpful that gave me her direct email address and allowed me to send my documents directly to her whilst I was on the phone. Then to be told by her that I had been paying too higher premiums.
