“I love my insurance with carrot, firstly there amazing and if you need any help they are always willing to help with there live chat which is amazing. Also the point scheme and rewards are my favourite part I have won so many vouchers with carrot it’s great, I look forward to seeing and banking my points every week. Would recommend this insurance to anyone!!”

“Carrot has offered a decent service thus forth. I've been with them since 2018, and their customer service used to be difficult to reach; however, now, as they've shifted to purely LiveChat, it makes contacting them much easier and quicker. Their rewards service is excellent, and the premium if offered for a great price. So far, I haven't got any complaints other than some minor issues with customer service.”

“The renewal quote was much lower than we had expected. We have stayed with them for the 3rd year running and kept the Black Box which makes everyone in our household feel a lot safer. The chat service worked extremely well, although at first I was a little suspicious of using it to discuss and negotiate. However the salesperson was extremely proficient and was willing to investigate and investigate our specific alterations”
