“Really polite helpful agents. Love the insurance and the treats are great too. Renewal was £150 cheaper than any on comparison sites.”

“Quick and easy renewal again, used carrot for over 2 years now, love getting the treats each week for driving like a normal person :P and they have the cheapest service, no complaints !”

“I was able to renew my policy through the online chat which was so easy to use. The quote was the incredible value and I am very happy with my renewal. The customer service provided by the agent was excellent, very friendly and lots of information given that was easy to understand! I would definitely recommend Carrot.”

“Thieving company, charge you extras based on a faulty device you can tell is cheap. It records you going in circles for 12 hours outside your house while you sleep and deems it valid data, and knocks your score down. Score below 5, 1 strike. 3 strikes, cancelled! Absolute con artists who don’t use telephones because they know they will just get shouted at for conning first time drivers out of their money. While it seems cheap, it will soon become more expensive and just is NOT worth the agg. I seriously recommend going elsewhere. I cancelled my policy and still getting charged 6 months later for cancellation charges.”

“I have just insured my first car with Carrot and the whole process was nice and simple, no headaches at all. Although you can only speak to an agent on the phone for limited purposes, the live chat with an agent was very useful and provided the correct information and details in no time, answering all my questions. “Carrot has been amazingly helpful in changing my policy. I had insurance with them for my first car and the transition into changing my insurance for my second car was super easy! Also carrot was able to call me and speak to me through the process as it’s a very stressful time changing car, however the insurance part was made super easy thanks to carrot!”
