“I am appalled at the service provided by carrot. I took out insurance with you as a young driver with every little money as you were cheapest quote provided. When your team came out to fit the black box you voided my insurance as you said my car was modified. I've had 7 days to prove that my car was manufactured this way. I work full time and have been on the phone to Vauxhall every spare minute I have to prove this. It is very hard to find his information in such a sort time. My car was manufactured with extras on as it was a limited addition at the time. I've had 5 working days to get information together before you void my insurance and take money off me. I wouldn't ever recommend this company to anyone!! Instead of having a straight forward easy insurance it has been a hassle! It's distgusting that we have to wait 3-5 working days to recieve our part refund back. Worst decision I ever made insuring myself with carrot!!!!”

“I'm so glad I found this insurance company, by far the cheapest, which means a lot as I'm a young driver and we're usually charged an awful lot for car insurance. I love the weekly driving feedback feature as well, it's nice to know how I'm doing with my driving!”

“I think the way the company works your ratings out for driving Is a really good idea as it helps me to understand where I'm going wrong and right with my driving. However I can't ever remember my log in for getting in to my account and it's difficult to sort it out as the only way to find out is to ring up. Also I don't understand the cash rewards does this give you money off your next quarters bill or do you get given it back? I think this needs to be explained more clearly.”

“Carrot Car Insurance has been fantastic for me. I always thought I was a safe driver, but with their help I have been able to improve my driving no end! I have emailed carrot once as i was unsure about something on my policy. I had a response which satisfied my question within one working day. Great service!”

“I rang and also emailed Carrot to ask several questions regarding my sons car insurance. They have always been very helpful and make me feel 100% satisfied with the service. My email was answered on the same day and I was very pleased. Will definately be recommending Carrot.”

“Good customer service but not giving 5* as the whole insurance is run by a box they they have no control over. This is because my car was illegally driven while I was out of the country - I could prove it to them that I was not driving the car but they say that they cannot return my miles to me as the car was driven fullstop. I would like to think that the miles should only go down if I am the driver as the box is monitoring me but they cannot do anything about that so that is why I am leaving 4*. Other than that good service.”
